Her leadership is centered on creating a work environment that drives innovation and delivers exceptional solutions to clients. Namrata’s vision for Tekcel8 is built on trust and a commitment to leaving clients, employees, and the community better off.

With a robust background in information systems and technology, Namrata founded Tekcel8 and has since led the company in designing and implementing cutting-edge digital transformation solutions for complex business processes. Her efforts have been pivotal in delivering mission-critical solutions to public sector clients, enhancing their operations and positively impacting countless lives.

Namrata holds a bachelor’s degree from India and have also completed certification as a Scrum Master and ServiceNow Certified Admin.

Beyond her professional achievements, Namrata enjoys music, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Amer Deep Khangharani 

Director - Operations

 With over 10 years of experience in delivering technology solutions, Amer Khangharani has  a proven track record in roles such as business analyst, product manager, and technical  delivery manager. He has successfully executed complex projects from inception through  completion, managing entire SDLC processes and demonstrating strong team leadership.  Notably, as a Technical Delivery Manager at Domino’s LLC, Amer managed the core  multibillion-dollar e-commerce platform, overseeing enhancements, quality, and  scalability. He led the implementation of various payment integrations, fraud prevention  functionalities, and targeted campaigns, significantly boosting revenue. His expertise spans  across technologies including Java Spring Boot microservices, React/Next.js front-end  development, and cloud platform migrations, making him a valuable asset for leading  technical projects and delivering innovative solutions.
