Namrata’s vision for Tekcel8 is built on trust and a commitment to leaving clients, employees, and the community better off.
With a robust background in information systems and technology, Namrata founded Tekcel8 and has since led the company in designing and implementing cutting-edge digital transformation solutions for complex business processes. Her efforts have been pivotal in delivering mission-critical solutions to public sector clients, enhancing their operations and positively impacting countless lives.
Namrata holds a bachelor’s degree from India and have also completed certification as a Scrum Master and ServiceNow Certified Admin. Beyond her professional achievements, Namrata enjoys music, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

With over 10 years of experience in delivering technology solutions, I have excelled in roles ranging from Technical Business Analyst to Technical Delivery Manager. I specialize in leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact projects for multibillion-dollar platforms. My expertise spans project management, business development, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
I have successfully implemented a wide range of features and enhancements, including payment integrations, fraud prevention, machine learning algorithms, and national marketing campaigns.
As Executive Director, I oversee all operational, strategic, and business development initiatives, driving growth across federal and commercial sectors. I manage client relationships, lead efforts to secure and deliver IT staffing and technology solutions, and am deeply committed to building strong teams that drive business value through innovation and successful project execution.
